The house

An urban refuge for anyone who needs a pause too.

In the middle of Medellín’s rhythm, we imagined a place where calm, design and authenticity could live together.

The terrace under the pergola: wicker chairs, a long wooden bench against the wall, plants and woven lamps.

The name

Where the name comes from

Bruma
the soft mist that covers the mountains in the morning
Verde
the green that restores balance

“BRUMA VERDE is born from the essence of Medellín: the soft mist that covers the mountains in the morning and the green that restores balance. We created a space where the city feels close, but the noise stays far away.”

Travel should renew, not exhaust.

Many places offer a bed. Few offer real rest.

That’s why we created a space where every detail helps turn the noise down: warm light, honest materials, silence, close hospitality and a connection with what matters.

Quiet hospitality

We like to welcome people warmly, without intruding. To be there without interrupting. To help when it’s needed and to leave space when calm is what you want. We believe in attention that is human, discreet and genuine.

The hotel’s words, translated from its “Nosotros” page.

At any hour

Whatever the hour.

The same entrance by day and by night. The light changes; the calm stays.

Bruma Verde’s entrance by day: a wooden sign with the monogram and the address Carrera 67 # 48D-147, planters with palms and woven lamps under the pergola.
The Bruma Verde sign lit at night, between palms and woven lamps glowing under the pergola.

The spaces

A house to stay in.

The house’s first hello: wood, an orchid and light that follows you down the corridor.

02

Coworking & events

Flexible spaces to work, meet or connect.

03

Common areas

Round wooden tables, woven chairs and patterned tiles for a coffee, a conversation or a book.

04

Shared kitchen

For cooking something simple at your own pace. Leave it clean after use.

05

Terraces

Woven chairs, plants and lamps under the pergola.

06

Stairs, light wells and corridors

Woven lamps hung at different heights, walls that keep the original house’s texture, and plants in every corner.

A day in the house

“Now my favorite place in Medellín is Bruma Verde.”

A reel the house published on Instagram: an extra-comfortable bed, an unhurried morning, slowly brewed coffee, a place to work and a terrace for reading.

More films in the journal

We want you to feel better when you leave.

  • That you rest deeply.
  • That you get your energy back.
  • That you see Medellín with new eyes.
  • That you remember this place long after the trip.
